Etch-A-Sketch Portable is just what the title implies.
Not only do you have the ability to make cool retro drawings
you can change the color of your Etch A Sketch as well.

Beats Off v0.1 hose who took a liking to the downloadable PSP game Beats by SCEE London may want to try Beats Off, a homebrewed spin-off by JBrown where you can load custom compiled BJS files. One of the good things about this piece of homebrew is that its cross-platform, and can be played on Windows, Linux, and even Mac OS X aside from the PSP
PSP-Paint
DAB-Hacker over at our forums has released one of the best Paint apps for PSP 2.7 owners. Well, it's not his work exactly, he just decompiled a Flash Paint app, modified a few things and made it suitable for the PSP's small screen.
It has a bunch of controls and a big usable screen to scribble around. You can choose from 3 background colors
Graphic Creator 2.0
HaxxBlaster from our forums has just release an updated version of his app, Graphic Creator 2.0. And it looks quite cool and handy. There's a bunch of new features and fixes. I'll get to them in a bit.

LUA PSP PAD Paint Program
Distrex has just created his first Lua program. It's a simple paint program that lets you change your color scale. The controls are as follows: R: Hold to paint with your current color. R + Cross: Paint screen current color. L: To erase the entire screen. Triangle: Hold triangle and move the mouse to erase
