For MP4-Video files you need eventually an additional Video Player*
A Memory Card with enough free space is recommended, because
the MP4-Video files can range from 6 to 60 MB size.
* You need for MP4-Video files a Player, e.g. from www.coreplayer.com for ca. 29 US$. Please do not test long with free MP4-Player, mostly they cannot play all needed formats. The Coreplayer is well-engineered and works fine.
On new devices with Windows Mobile 6.1 you do NOT need the CorePlayer! MP4-Videos can be played with all these devices.
Hint: You need Internet Connection. At best with WLAN(Wi-Fi) or Active Sync (PC). Over GPRS and UMTS can rise enormous costs, if you do not have a data flat-rate. Many People have a WLAN-Router at home. Simply connect the Pocket PC with the own WLAN and yet you can access the Internet-Podcasts. If the Desktop-PC is connected to the Internet it works also via Active Sync - but then you are not so mobile
