Police UK lets you browse the directory of police forces in the United Kingdom, get neighbourhood data such as police stations or organized community events and see crimes committed around a location.
Whether for getting in touch with your local police force or researching the safety of a location you plan to move to or visit, Police Uk gives you the data you need to feel safe.
Police force information:
- contact data, such as telephone, email or website
- engage with the police force by various means such as facebook, twitter, youtube or flickr
- organize data into favorites for quick future access
Neighbourhood data:
- find the neighbourhoods managed by a police force
- find a neighbourhood on the map
- get data for the neighbourhood you're currently in
- see police stations in the neighbourhood and their location on the map (if available)
- see the team of police officers responsible for a neighbourhood and contact them
- browse upcoming events organized by the police for the community
- organize into favorites for quick future access
Crime data:
- see crime data around a location by picking a location on the map
- get crime data around your current location
Miscellaneous:
- all telephone numbers can be dialled directly from the application (and you can continue using the application during the call)
- contacting police forces, team members or event organizers via e-mail by just tapping the e-mail addresses
- adjustable background image brightness for different ambient light conditions
You can also send support questions and feedback about the application or improvement requests directly from the application. All feedback is welcome and greatly appreciated.
Note: this free application is ad-supported but fully functional and has the same features as the ad-free version. You can buy the ad-free version from the Settings page of the free application or directly from the marketplace.
