Free Stopwatch - Same as my paid version, only this one is ad based.
This stopwatch gives you freedom. You can switch/close the application at any time, and be sure it will still be running, timing your events, when your return to it. By storing start and elapsed time in your device memory, you can safely switch away from the stopwatch, and return later, where all state information will be restored. There is even a setting for those times where you want it visible all the time.
