If you need to count anything, than you can use McCounter.
It has a large button so you can tap it with your fingers to add.
It will add 1 to the count each time you tap the counter button.
You can also filter your results on a table by the Event or the Date

Record the item, model, serial #,purchased date, purchased from, Co phone #, location of item, price, and notes.
You can view all your items on a TABLE and then sort them by location.
Tap on the Total field after each sort to get a total value of all your items of that sort
