myTime - overview:
The Base
myTime allows you to log time spent based on project, client, contract and activity, and also allows the assignment of hourly rates.
Invoicing/billing data, activity reports and expense reports can be exported as an .csv or .xml file and then edited in Excel.
Missing data concerning clients, projects, or activities can be entered at any time.
This is your base. From here you can reach all the different available areas like expenses, scheduled and menu options.
Enter activities
During time recording you can directly enter missing data, such as customers, projects or activities and use them immediately.
System tables offer the possibility of customizing myTime according to your requirements. These settings will be introduced into your daily use (example: allocation of hourly rates to customers and/or projects and so on...)
At any time you can choose other values from categories (customer, project, assignment, activity).
Expense Tracking
Enter your expenses related to a customer and day.
Your expenses can be exported.
Categories
The system tables can also be adjusted to suit your personal requirements.
You can assign fixed rates to certain clients or projects, for example.
Enter customers, projects, assignements (contracts), activities and expenses. These can be chosen of at any time you insert a new record.
Invoicing, Billing
Create your invoice or bill regarding to your settings. Invoice data can be created for different types: Customer, Customer-Project or Customer-Project-Contract related.
Modify your data by entering an invoice number and date and check it out if it is payed.
Statistics
Generate your own statistics related to a customer, a project or a time period.
So you can see how many time you have spent or what income you have had on a defined customer, project or time period.
CheckIt Interface
CheckIt is a new pocketWorks product and is allready available.
To run the CheckIt interface you need at least CheckIt version 1.2.1
CheckIt allows to manage task's and todo's categorized. CheckIt synchronizes in real time with PocketOutlook.
If you have purchased CheckIt, the link will be automatically available in the menu as "Tools - CheckIt".
The interface automatically inserts your tasks (if marked in settings) into Pocket Outlook.
