WifiAlerter allows you to create and edit GPS based WiFi hotspot location files. When you find a WiFi HotSpot then you can use this program to enter the information about it and the program places the GPS stamp on the file. You can also edit the GPS notes/settings when you are viewing the HotSpot file.
