ContactShortcuter allows you to create Phone/SMS shortcuts and manage them with the built in file explorer. When you add a new contact a SMS and Phone shortcut is created. Tap on the link to Dial or SMS the person. The program also allows you to share the links via Bluetooth.

BTKeepAlive BTKeepAlive runs in the background and checks to make sure Bluetooth is on and turns it on if it isn't. The checking interval in milliseconds can be modified by changing HKCU/Software/JKing/BTKeepAlive/Interval (DWORD). The default value is 60000 (one minute) and if that reg value does not exist 60000 will be used.
BTKeepAlive can also keep discoverable mode on
