PicturePublisherer checks the storage folder for your PocketPC camera for pictures and when a new JPEG image is detected does a customized JPEG processing (in the settings) and FTP uploads the new image to the FTP server with a 50x50 pixel thumbnail 'index.html' page in real time. NOTE: The 'index.html' page is the first page opened when you give a direct URL. The JPEG libraries are from Independent JPEG Group.
