ImageTool is a Pictures Hub Extras app. It provides users a means to rotate pictures using the extras option in the picture menu. It also provides the ability to flip pictures horizontally and vertically.
When viewing pictures in the Pictures Hub, open the menu in the application bar and select "extras...". From the extras list, select ImageTool
