Leave2000 for HanDBase - Federal employees this database will help you keep track of their leave balances. This database automatically tabulates your balances for Annual, Sick, and Comp. time. You start by entering your balance from last year plus time earned for the first pay period. All 27 pay periods are entered with the default leave earned amount for annual at 6 hours (you may have to adjust this based on your years of service) and sick at the standard 4 hours. Each record also includes a note field for making additional comments on each pay period. I hope you find this useful, I previously used a Franklin Planner to keep track of my leave balances. Now I have eliminated this need and automated it to save me time. This has not been tested extensively so use at your own risk.
