SMSTranslator and Chinese-Engish dictionary - Chinese to English Dictionay using the CC-CEDITCT dictionary (100184 entries released 2001-03-17) and is used under a Creative Commons Attibtution Share Alike 3.0 license. Search for words using English, Pinyin or Chinese. Extended definition also provides Hanyu Pinyin using numbers and Tones, and Yale Pinyin tranlastion for easier pronunciation for those that struggle with Hanyu Pinyin pronunciation.
Also includes a SMSTranslator functionality for composing and sending emails in other 40 different languages. Uses Google or Bing for translation. Translating incoming messages is currently not supported in WP7.
