Save and extract the zip file to any folder on your desktop computer.
You need to transfer the extracted .tsk file to the My Documents folder on your Pocket PC via ActiveSync
Once you have the .tsk file copied to your Pocket PC, click on Start --> Settings --> Today.
There, you can select any theme and click Ok on the top right.
