GenRes for HanDBase - GenRes is a small HanDBase applet that lets you keep track of 'Genealogy Resources' that you have found during your Genealogy research. There is a field for the Name of the person that you found information about, the Event, Date, and location. A place is provided for Source/Comment.

Feel free to reorder the list. You'll have to change country type from link/linked/relationship on your own to fit it within your database. Has CountryID (hidden) and Country.
