Paint Commander Free is a primer art, and painting application. In Paint Commander you can use your finger to draw or sketch on your screen. Paint Commander is fun for kids to doodle on, but also has enough features for adults to create artistic masterpieces. You have different brushes at your disposal to use including that robust Master Brush. You can save, and view all your creations, as well as upload them to services like Picasa, Flicker, or Facebook.
