Requires Microsoft .NET Compact Framework 3.5 and a touch screen device.
A simple and easy to use tidal height predictor. The program will calculate tidal heights for over 3000 worldwide locations using the UK Admiralty Simple Harmonic Method.
The current version will calculate tides up to 31 December 2011. Additional tidal data is made available from www.navstation.co.uk each September. Registered users are entitled to two calendar years of tidal data. A small fee will be payable for additional tidal data after this.
The tide module features:
Display of tidal curve or tables
Calculates the rate of rise/fall for any given time
Full display and update of tidal harmonic data
Automatic daylight saving adjustment
Calculates the min/max depth for safe anchoring
User maintained list of favorite ports
Sunrise/sunset times
Moon phase
10 day tidal cycle to show springs and neaps

Waypoints - to maintain waypoints for passage planning.
Routes - to maintain routes for passage planning
Charts - to maintain chart details, including tidal stream information. Coastal outline images can be created for any area at no cost.

Weather- integrated weather predictions from the internet
Additional modules are available (at additional cost) for:
GPS - GPS repeater with NMEA capture and waypoint and route exchange facility.
Planner - Passage planner to calculate passage times, course to steer etc. taking tidal streams into account.
Logbook - To record all passage details, including automatic updates from GPS/NMEA input.
Expenses - to record all expenses.
Maintenance - to record all repairs and maintenance tasks.
