SoundSeeing Paris Arc de Triomphe du Carroussel - A smaller version of the Arc de Triomphe previously formed the entranceway to the Tuileries Palace. After a large fire in the palace set by revolutionaries, the triumphal arch was the only thing left standing. The information signs by the monument are solely in French.
