Mobile Receptionist is a Windows Mobile program that can handle incoming call, SMS, and email notifications, and execute actions depending on a set of criteria.
How It Works
You configure the Mobile Receptionist via Profiles. Profiles handle incoming events and phone status changes.
Multiple profiles can be enabled simultaneously
EncryptEmailer - EncryptEmailer allows you to send encrypted text via email. The text is sent as an attachment encoded using a RC2 40-bit cipher.
To use the app, type in the text and email address, and choose a password. The program will then send the encrypted file to the specified recipient. The encrypted file can be decoded with the EncryptFiler application
SpeeddialExportEmail - SpeeddialExportEmail can create a report of your phone's speed dial list. The report can be quickly emailed from within the app.
To use the program, all you need to do is press the button. The application will compose an email with the speed dial list as text
ContactingBluetooth - ContactingBluetooth lets you quickly share a Pocket Outlook contact phone or email address. Select the type of information you want to share in the combo box and tap the 'Select Contact' button. The app displays the information and when you tap the 'Beam' button sends it via bluetooth
ContactingEmailFile lets you quickly send files to an OutLook contact via email. Select the contact and then browse the folders of your mobile device to find the file. When you tap on the file, the app creates an email and sends it. If you are offline, then the program places the email in your Pocket Outlook outbox
ContactingEmail is an email sending app with quick contact picker. Tap 'Select Contact' button in the upper right corner to select a contact from your Pocket OutLook contacts and enter the text for the email. When you tap the 'Send Email' button the application will send the email. If you are offline then the program places the email in your Outbox
EmailerListings is a bulk Email list sender program with easy to manage mailing list. You can use Pocket Word to make and edit a list of Email addresses. NOTE: One line per email address. e.g. 'Vincent Collura '. When you want to send out a bulk email enter the text and select the account and tap the 'Send Bulk' button
EmailerTemplate is a customizable template bulk Email sender program. You can make .email address links and manage them in the file explorer interface. Enter the subject and the text fields for the email and tap the 'Send Email' button to place all of the Emails in the selected outbox (or send via email if you are online)
