PhotoDroid is a photographers help tool.

Obscura is a picture safe for Android phone. Obscura requires OI Safe to encrypt images.

Technical Overview
The component supports animated slides and exposes listener interfaces so your Activity and Views can customize user interface and interaction
Android Slideshow Widget allows the user to construct a "photo frame"-style widget with multiple images that alternate after a set period of time. The user can choose from a 2x2 (small), a 3x3 (medium), or a 4x4 (large) size widget to place onto their home screen.
