Stop Smoking Katharine Graves (dip Adv Hyp, N-SHAP, MCRAH, HBCE) is a qualified Advanced Hypnotherapist and is a professional member of The Cambridge Register of Advanced Hypnotherapists, The British Complementary Medicine Association and the British Institute for Allergy and Environmental Therapy.
Katharine uses her training to help people become non-smokers by teaching simple techniques allowing you to control your cravings, increase your willpower and prevent switching to other addictive behaviors such as overeating.
