SIMContactsButtons - SIMContactsButtons is a fully featured finger-friendly SIM card contact manager with built-in DTMF/Regular dialer and SMS sender. The app allows you to add, view, delete SIM card contacts and also dial via cellphone or DTMF and send SMSes to the contact. On some devices the phone must be powered on to access the SIM card.
