MySportTraining Exercise Series 10: Abs & Core - Male
If you are using MySportTraining for Pocket PC or MySportTraining for Smartphone and are looking for more exercises with videos, here is Exercise Series 10: Abs & Core - Male, a series of 7 video clips.
Looking to strengthen and tone that elusive core? Chances are your traditional sit up program is not meeting your expectations and could be setting you up for injury and poor posture. It's time to leave nothing to chance.
The added Abs and Core - Male workout is designed to build a foundation of core stability, protecting you from injury and better enabling you to produce more force (i.e. lift heavier) and move more efficiently. A tighter and more defined stomach will be the product of completing the workouts regularly.
With workout upgrades you will continue to look good, feel good, and proactively prevent injury. Complete the Abs and Core workout 3 days a week and combine with regular cardiovascular exercise to build the core you are looking for while shedding unwanted fat.
Experience Level: Beginner/Intermediate
Days Per Week: 3 x week with a minimum of 1 day rest in between workouts.
Equipment Needed: Stability Ball
The series occupies 7 MB, and can be installed in memory or on a storage card, independently of the location of MySportTraining itself. The original exercises that are bundled within MySportTraining fully remain available. You can also uninstall the series without impacting any of the data you have entered nor the bundled exercises.
Additional exercise series (images) are available to add variety to your workouts and focus on specific areas: Plyometrics, Ball Exercises, Flexibility, Abs and Back, Legs and Buttocks, Arms and Shoulders, 20-Minute Tune-up - Female (videos).
Requirements: this exercise series requires MySportTraining 5 and Windows Mobile 5, or newer.
