PictureNoter checks the PocketPC camera storage folder for JPEG images and when a new picture is detected the program starts the monochrome drawing toolkit. You can make a note drawing for the picture just taken and it is appended to the end of a new JPEG file in the 'PictureNoter' subfolder. The program also has a file explorer to view the pictures and attached drawings
