What's New in This Release:
· added support for loading ROMs from .zip files
· changed file open dialog to allow loading .fig and .zip files
· fixed bug in iPAQ 38xx portrait display mode where the screen wasn't centered properly and it cut off the bottom part of the screen
· changed some build options to speed it up a tiny bit
