You need to have required software installed to get any developer's animated theme to work.

In addition, you need to make sure you are using Pocket PC 2002 on your PDA not 2000.
If that does not work and you already have them, try loading it again but wait at least 1 or 2 minutes for the animation to load. Animated Today themes take much longer to load then regular themes because they are much bigger files with sound and numerous frames of animation.
Please Note: Animated Themes require a PocketPC using 2002 OS (standard on most PocketPC's now), Animated Today and FREE Macromedia Flash for Pocket PC.
