Access Converter.net-the copying and converting of a MS Access Database (.MDB) to the mobile device do not work with Active Sync 4.5 and Windows Vista (Mobile Device Center). With this Pocket PC Program can you export and convert single tables from MS Acccess (.XML) to the Pocket Access format (.CDB).
Back on the Desktop PC the data will be converted to .CSV format and you can import it as a table in MS Access.
It is not as comfortable as the direct conversion via Active Sync, but you have your data mobile available.
Usage:
- Export table(s) out of MS Access to XML.
- Convert XML to CDB (Pocket Access file).
- Using the Pocket Access Database (.CDB) with the Access Manager .Net.
- Convert CDB to CSV (in a text-file).
- Import the CSV-file in your MS Access Database.
