DualSound is a two-channel (stereo) audio signal generator. You can use it as a versatile signal source e.g. to check out your stereo equipment, to play around with beat frequencies, to check your hearing at high/low frequencies, etc. For each channel (left and right, respectively) you can choose frequency (20Hz to 20kHz), waveform (sine, square, triangle, sawtooth, and white noise), and amplitude (volume). To hear the two generated signals, connect the headphone output of your PocketPC to either a stereo headphone, or a stereo amplifier. (The built-in mono speaker of your PocketPC won't work - unless the frequency on both channels is the same, as both signals are simply added up and that can give strange results.)

PocketDrumsPocketDrums
PocketDrums lets you create drum tracks on your WindowsCE/PocketPC device. You can create, edit, play, and save drum patterns, and use them to create full-blown drum tracks. There are nine different drums sounds available and you can exchange them for your own sounds using the included sample mixer. You can export your work to standard MIDI or WAV format
MidNoteMidNote
MidNote is a fully graphical music editor - you compose by using drag-and-drop in standard staff (music) notation! It offers a tonal range of 6 octaves and up to 10 tracks per piece. Drums are supported as well - even user-defined drum sets per track
PocketSynth ProPocketSynth Pro
PocketSynth Professional lets you be musically creative on your WindowsCE device no matter where you are. It features a five octave, polyphonic (through use of chords) piano synthesizer with an on-screen piano keyboard. It offers full recording and editing capabilities, including advanced musical edit functions like transpose, reverse and mirror

GSPlayer MIDI PlayerGSPlayer MIDI Player
GSPlayer MIDI Player - GSPlayer is so far the best MIDI player for your PocketPC that we came across! Excellent sound quality, fast launch, and relatively compact (about half the size of PocketMIDI, but the sound is the same). It allows you to play MIDI files (e.g. one exported from PocketSynth Pro, PocketDrums, or Midnote) directly on your handheld
FourTrackFourTrack
FourTrack - FourTrack lets you mix up to four Strummer tracks into a single wave file. For each track you can choose which sound files to use. For example, track 1 might be rhythm guitar using the default Strummer sound (acoustic guitar), track 2 might be the lead guitar
MIDI ControlMIDI Control
MIDI Control is a useful little utility to make small modifications to existing MIDI files. You can change the play speed, transpose the piece (i.e. change its pitch), mute selected channels and change the instrument sound for each channel. The modified file can be played directly from MIDI control if you have the free GSPlayer MIDI Player installed (download from www
