AUTOMATIC, SCHEDULED, TEMPORARY PHONE PROFILES WITH MEETING DETECTION Do you always forget to silence your phone before going into a meeting?Never be disturbed by an incoming call in a meeting again! Photo Contacts PRO adapts your phone to your schedule by automatically switching to a specific profile (eg. vibrate, silent or fully custom) when it detects a meeting in your calendar.
1. Profile Scheduler - take full control of your phone and incoming calls by automatically switching profiles based on your schedule (based on hours, days and/or meetings in your calendar)
2. Automatic Profiles detect meetings and appointments and automatically switch profiles when appropriate
3. Timed Temporary profiles enable you to switch to a certain profile temporarily (silent for 2 hours when in a cinema for example), automatically switching back after the time passes
Fully customizable Advanced phone Profiles let you group and customize Call Filtering, Bluetooth on/off, Ring Tone, SMS tone, Ring Volume and Ring Type settings and use them manually or automatically.
ADVANCED CALL BLOCKING and FILTERING with ADVANCED SMS ANSWERING MACHINE Call Filtering enables Complete Privacy - Automatically Reject unwanted callers, groups of callers and Unknown and Private numbers. Fully integrated automatic Call Filtering allows users to specify the following settings to incoming calls:
1. Reject - the call is automatically rejected and sent to voicemail (if available)
2. HangUp - the call is automatically hanged up (for complete privacy)
3. Silent - the call is permitted to come through but the ring is silent
4. Vibrate - the call is permitted to come through but the phone will vibrate
5. Reject+SMS - the call is rejected and a custom SMS message is automatically sent to the caller
VIP EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS Email notifications enable you to specify a distinctive vibration pattern that will be engaged when you get an email from a very important person but you don't wish to be disturbed by an audible notification (works even when your phone is set to the silent profile).
GROUP SMS and GROUP EMAIL messaging
Notify groups of contacts easily by sending everyone a text message or an email message at once. Business PRO allows you to create distribution lists for group SMS and group Email notifications and send them with one click.
EASILY SEE WHO IS CALLING YOU - Business and Full Screen Photo Caller ID, Large Text Caller ID with Silence, Speakerphone Answer and Reject+SMS buttons During an incoming call, you will easily see who is calling you before you choose to answer. Photo Contacts PRO features Full Screen Photo Caller ID that will show you a large, clear picture of the caller and the new Business Photo Caller ID that also shows the company and title of the incoming caller in easily readable large text. In addition, the program enables you to quickly silence an incoming call without rejecting it, answer with the speakerphone enabled or Reject a call and instantly send a quick SMS text message to the caller (eg. "I am in a meeting").
DISTINCTIVE RINGTONES and distinctive SMS and EMAIL RINGS Ringtone and SMS/Email Tone managers enable you to assign distinctive ringtones and distinctive SMS/Email rings/sounds to contacts, contact categories and Unknown and Private callers on your phone. All popular ringtone formats including MP3, MP3-DRM, WMA, WAV and MID sounds are supported.
EASILY ADD LARGE, CLEAR PHOTOS TO CONTACTS, CROP AND ADJUST CONTACT PICTURES ON YOUR PHONE SmartName technology enables you to quickly add many large photos to your contacts for Caller ID photos.
ADVANCED SMS ANSWERING MACHINE
Business PRO allows you to set your phone to automatically notify callers that you are busy (with a custom message) by sending an SMS message on your behalf when they call but you don't answer the phone or when you do not wish to be disturbed by a call.
PROFILE PICKER BUTTON enables complete control Control the features of Business PRO easily; Switch advanced, timed, automatic and call filtering profiles with your finger, right from the Today Screen by tapping on the Profile Picker button that Business PRO places there for your convenience.
