PocketPC Resistorshelps figure out the values of resistors. Select the desired band and choose the color/value. The new resistor value is calculated and displayed. There are four, five, and six band resistors available.
PocketPC Resistors includes an Ohm's Law Calculator to calculate Voltage, Current, Resistance, and Power in a circuit. Just plug in any two values and the others are calculated for you.
There's also a detailed help file which includes resistor theory, standard resistor values, additional electronics formulas, and more.
To install: (uninstall previous versions first) download and run the self-extracting executable. Run the "Setup.exe" file in the extracted files folder (default is "C:PocketPC_Resistor") with your PocketPC connected to your computer. If you are prompted to overwrite files on your PocketPC during installation, choose "Yes to All".
