tinyCAM allows to transform your Windows Mobile device with integrated camera into a network camera that you can connect in webcamXP or watch remotely in any browser.
On the operator network (grps, edge) it's rarely possible to act as a web server because the operators are limiting this option however it can easily be connected to a wifi network like most wireless network camera.
In case broadcasting is not possible it also includes motion detection and ftp upload to any server of your choice.
