WM10-Skin-It's a skin for Windows Media Player for Pocket PC that looks like Windows Media Player 10 for PC. To install the skin, simply unrar all of the files in the zip file to your Pocket PC, and put them in the program folder for Windows Media Player.
On most devices, that path will probably look like this: Program FilesWindows Media PlayerWM10-Skin.
