Here's a quick clinical document reminder that I use at the tribal clinic I work at as a family doctor.
These are off my Palm (actually a HandEra 330) and are meant for professionals, not for patients. (But for patients not sure of the diagnostic criteria your provider is using, the references are listed at the bottom.)
