WinPalmX Premier is a standard launcher with a Windows look.
Launch the basic applications that comes with the PalmOS.
You can launch additional apps by using the Run program.

NOTE: Will not run on hand-held devices running PalmOS 5.x

Simply add it to the list of Applications and switch your device off by a simple stroke by the stylus. There is no User Interface or preferences Panel.
