CallsMonths is a Windows Mobile app which allows you to view and archive your incoming and outgoing phone call logs in a calendar interface. Select 'Sync' from the toolbar and the program will create a tiny text file for each phone call and display them in the calendar interface. Tap on the day to view the calls for the day and on the call to view the full properties. Note that some devices limit the number of archived phone entries to 300.
