Busleeper is able to help you solve this issue. This tool allows you to set a location-aware alarm basically by stating your destination and a warning distance. While you are sleeping, GPS service can automatically detect if you come within the warning distance of your desired locations. If so, an alarm will sound to wake you up so that you can get off the bus before it is too late.
