Cardio Fan - The "Cardio Fan" application enables Canadiens Hockey Fans to share their mood with their community throughout a hockey game. When choosing a greyed-out hockey game from the calendar screen, this action enables hockey fans to view the mood curve from previous hockey games. If a hockey game is currently ongoing, the event is highlighted in white, hence, permitting hockey fans to join-in on the conversation of the game. Once a hockey fan joins an ongoing event, he/she will then view the conversation around the game. The "Dans la foule" (in the crowd) tab displays the last 50 messages posted by the crowd and the "Entre amis" (among friends) tab displays the last 50 messages of the users Facebook friends. The user must be connected to Facebook in order to post a comment, "Cardio Fan" detects if the user isn’t connected and displays the Facebook connection screen to connect. To post a comment, the user must click on the comment icon, the comment screen is then displayed and the user can then enter up to 140 characters, the comment can be positive (green) or negative (red), the comment can also be published on Facebook if the Facebook checkbox is checked. The user can also support (like) other users comments (only one time for each comment). Posting comments and supporting comments recalculates the mood curve according to the positive or negative tone of the comment.
