The Akornsoft Application for the BlackBerry® has been created so receipts and mileage can be easily tracked while on the road. We created this application to be quick, easy to use, and cost effective. For those who don’t want to wait until they are back at their desk to track their receipts and mileage, this application is the answer. Our solution is simple to use, it is accessible from anywhere your BlackBerry® has internet connection, it is quick, and it provides a safe, secure online backup of receipts/mileage (in case of fire, theft, loss, etc.). We are offering the Akornsoft Application for the BlackBerry® free of charge. This is not a trial offer. There will always be a free web account that will have all the necessary tools to review spending and driving expenses An account must first be created at http://www.akornsoft.com (main website) or http://www.akornsoft.mobi (our mobile site - for BlackBerry® users). When a receipt is received from lunch with a client or the receipt from the pump at the gas station, it can be imputed immediately from your BlackBerry® into your Akornsoft account. In seconds, you can not only have it tracked, but even have a photo of the receipt saved (keeping a digital copy in case the receipt goes missing). Receipts can be reviewed on a BlackBerry through our application for the BlackBerry Device, through our mobile site http://www.akornsoft.mobi or through our main site http://www.akornsoft.com. When you have to use your vehicle for business purposes, you can easily enter information into our Mileage section to create your mileage log. You can enter as much information as you feel is necessary. Our software will remember the last place visited (as long as the arrival location is entered) , calculate the distance traveled for you as well as keep a running total of your car’s odometer (odometer reading accuracy depends on the accuracy of the information entered). Our Quick Receipt Image feature will upload an image of your receipt to our servers for review (by our staff or by yourself) at a later date. If you have a few extra seconds you can add information about the receipt - enter as much information as you wish. The Quick GPS Feature allows users to track their mileage by the click of a button. One click starts the GPS and another stops the GPS and submits the information to their account. Once uploaded all GPS information is stored in your account and can be viewed at any time on a Google Map.
