TreadIt is an easy to use personal pedometer for your BlackBerry Storm or Torch. You can use it to keep track of how many steps you take while walking or running. In addition to counting steps, TreadIt can tell you the distance, time, speed and calories burned.
TreadIt uses the accelerometer in your BlackBerry Torch or Storm to count the steps you take.
You can use TreadIt in your pocket, in a holster, or you can hold the device in your hand.
Like any pedometer you must use TreadIt in a consistent manner to achieve accurate results.
TreadIt can help you improve your physical health. Many doctors recommend 10,000 steps a day to maintain long term health. You can loose weight if you exercise regularly and eat a healthy diet.
When you are ready to start your routine, simple press the Start Button and TreadIt will begin recording your steps.
You can press the Stop button and save your results to the log to keep track of your steps.
Use Step Alarm in TreadIt to alert you when you reach at 10, 100, 1000, or 10,000 steps!
Turn on the Click sound to help you adjust TreadIt for the most accurate results.
Use the Auto Stop feature and TreadIt can turn itself off automatically when you stop walking.
Save your results to the log and send them via email or publish them to your Facebook wall.
