1) Launch the menu and click "Insert Contact" in SMS/MMS/Text messaging or Email application.
2) All your contacts will be shown in a searchable list.
3) Select a contact and check off the addresses you want to share and selected information will be inserted in email/SMS/MMS message.
NO ICONS to clutter your home screen.
Note: In 6.0 device, the "Insert Contact" menu items will show up in all the menu items (bug in OS).
