**To activate the dock go to the home screen after loading the theme. Touch the screen in the far bottom left corner. The dock will open and the icon will slide up. Then press the next three icons across the dock going towards the right. Each icon will slide up. After wards the dock will slide up when you touch it, and slide down then you touch another part of the home screen.
