Volvo TeleSOS - The application Volvo TeleSOS developed by ACI Global for Volvo allows the user to make a request for assistance to the Central Office of the mobile service Volvo, through the use of your device. The request is sent using a data connection. If the user has chosen to enable its function, the call service request will also contain the GPS coordinates for the location. Upon receipt of the request, an operator of the Operation Centre will contact user for the assistance . The users, vehicle owners who benefit from free mobility service Seat, will add to the expected benefits from this service, reported in the owner 'Benvenuto a bordo' that equips their vehicle, the advantage of easy mode and advanced contact the service center.
