Here is an application rarely developed for the BlackBerry Smartphone but is over done on another popular Smartphone on the market. My Medical Pro by Collaber Solutions LLC. Collaber makes many different Applications
Now how useful is My Medical Pro? Well I'm breathing are you? :) Ha ha! I know I'm a practical joker it's true. But I must say I reminded of a recent hospital trip when I saw the information for the My Medical Pro sitting in my inbox that was rather sad but she pulled through, and that's great!
Now had we had an organized informational guide of her past, current and other health issues then I would've been proud to belt it out to for the triage process. However not everyone has medical issues.
I myself see a Doctor once every 2 months and rarely have anything new to share. I really have no reason for this App for me. But my kids and my lady are already listed. I always do my best to place them first and this is a great way to be prepared for disaster in the ER.
Collaber Solutions makes good database applications, they rarely look over anything that I can say is missing right away and My Medical Pro is no different they have a lot in this baby.
First feature I looked for was multiple patient info. Yes it's able to store more than one persons information, and I have a large immediate family.
Back-up and Restore are both featured. Little details like listing your past medications that your local hospital is going to ask you if your still taking.
And with My Medical Pro you'll not only have it listed. You'll have when you stopped taking it and why. You'll be any RN's dream patient. You will impress. Too bad though a car accident isn't going to make use of this unless it's a fender bender.
Mobile Apps and Trauma just don't really mate well. My children's info for Immunizations, Family History, Allergies, Emergency Contacts #'s, and that wacked out Pediatricians Name are going to help. A lot.
