iblipped - Today's cellular phone network provider's carrier maps are often out of date and/or inaccurate. The iBlipped site aims at gathering volunteered cell phone signal strengths to point out strengths and dead zones in cell phone providers coverage.
By taking users GPS and measuring their cell signal at regular intervals we can see just how good the coverage is.
