1. Download and open the file PanoBender.7z. This .7z file is a 7-Zip archive that contains a file ReadMe.txt and a .cab file.
2. Open the file ReadMe.txt and read it.
3. Copy the .cab file to your Windows CE device.
4. Using the File Explorer of your Windows CE device, locate the .cab file and open it.
PanoBender will now be installed.
