Circle and Balls - All you need to do is attach or hook as many balls as you can to the spinning wheel but be cautious while placing the ball as you have to avoid collision with balls attached on the spinning wheel except the current ball is a red one.
There are different speeding wheels in different levels with three types of balls that is Black, Blue and red

Blue Balls: Slow down the speeding of speeding circle.
Red Balls : They remove other balls attached to the speeding wheel.
