Paint Commander Free is a primer art, and painting application. In Paint Commander you can use your finger to draw or sketch on your screen. You have different brushes at your disposal to use including that robust Master Brush. You can save, and view all your creations, as well as upload them to services like Picasa, Flicker, or Facebook.
