GPSBot - This small application seems to solve the problem with TomTom navigator 7, iGO8 and other navigation programs, that shows a position of several meters back from the real one in some new devices.
Simply copy the file to the folder where the navigation program executable resides and launch this application instead of the real program
HTC CM Killer is a fully automated cab file to completely remove and replace the stock HTC_CM_Guardian.exe with a dummy file. It should work on any HTC device.
HTC_CM_Guardian is a process locked into stock HTC roms (carrier specific???)
this process appears to only monitor certain registry/phone settings, reverting any change back to factory default
Zenyee Disable HTC Messaging - This tweak disables the HTC messaging app, and reverts back to the original Windows messaging application, i.e. pocket outlook, for text messaging.
The tweak is reversible by just uninstalling the CAB from Settings > Remove Program. Again, you will be prompted to restart your device to effect the changes
Update for HTC Diamond2 Power LED Notification - This update for the HTC Diamond2 allows you to see the battery charging status right from the LED. Now enhanced to illuminate green when fully charged, with a quick look you will know when your device is powered and ready to go.

SetSIP - Changing SIP (software keyboard) type is both cumbersome (that small finger unfriendly arrow near the SIP icon) and slow (the selection menu does not pop up for a noticeable time). Worse on Topaz (Diamond 2) the menu has 2 levels: one for selecting between Touch Input full QWERTY and Phone Keypad and one for selecting other SIP types
DredSensor - Historically, if you have tried to play a game needing left and right keys on an HTC Touch Diamond, you noticed that they are 2mm wide and if you click next to it, you get back to home page or to dialing menu etc...
DredSensor allows you to lock these 4 keys actions and replace them by classical key events (VK_LEFT, VK_RIGHT, ...)
Touch InCall Screen Tweak - The purpose of the application is to switch on your screen during a call if you don't have it against your ear. This is useful if you need to enter digits for voicemail or telephone banking, etc. The screen will be switched off if the phone is against your ear (since v1.0.10 this includes as you a making a call, as well as during the call)
