You can specify the combination of alerting actions and the message urgency by profile. In addition, the sender receives a notification email, letting them know that their message was received, and, once the message is opened, the sender receives another message letting them know their email has been read. No more wondering if the message was received. A GPS location link using Bing, Google or BlackBerry maps can also be sent to the originator if that is important.
