Hunt the Wumpus - Hunt the Wumpus is an early Unix text-based game, where a mysterious monster lurks deep inside a network of rooms. You must find out and kill him until the Wumpus did it first. You have three bullets for reaching a goal. Keep your eyes open and avoid the dangers on your way!
Hunt the Wumpus is one of the first computer games that has been ported to various platforms and included as a part of the games packages on Unix-based operating systems. It'is full of adventures and dangers. Follow the text hint during gameplay not to get into the pit or the Wumpus cave. Shoot immediately if you smell the monster. But don't waste the bullets, there are only three of them!
