Everytime you visit your owned property, you can build a house or a hotel. You can build maximum of 1 hotel and 3 house. ( You can upgrade to hotel if you built 4 houses. ) 5. Players who goes to your property, have to pay the rent to your house or the hotel which you have on that property.
